Ny Bagel Cafe - Virginia Beach

Better than Bodos too. True NY bagels. Egg bagel was delicious. Lots of respect for the schmear!!!! No complaints. Hands down, the best around the 757.

This place makes perfect bagels, they tend to be lighter/more on the airy side with rich flavor and consistency. My favorite are the Jalapeno Cheddar and everything bagels, my wife likes the blueberry. These are not thick/dense/doughy bagels. My wife and mother in law absolutely love these, by far the best in lower Tidewater area. Aside from the awesome bagels, the staff is first rate, very considerate and professional. I've been here 3 times, NY Bagel Cafe is very much out of my way, but it's now a must stop highly recommended!!

The customer service here is horrible and they lack reasonable sense here. Why would you have an online order option only to still make the customer stand in a line out the door while people make up their minds on what they want to order?!?! My food was warm at best because it sat at the register until i could make it to the front of the register. I should have known better not to give this place another try after my first time waiting for 45 mins while multiple staff members stood around doing nothing. One guy even ate as he was prepping/packing orders. Too bad 0 stars isn’t an option. Save yourself the trouble and go to Brooklyn bagels

I walked in said I was from door dash the cook immediately got very nasty and said everyone here is waiting for door dash orders. He continued to be very disrespectful to me as I am a 53 yr old woman and he surely looks like a child, he cussed at me on a few occasions, then after about 15 minutes of his harassment he handed me a very greasy bag that I had to bring to my customer. Very very unprofessional, he got nasty with another dasher and that man left the store!!
