Masala Bites (upton Dr Ste 128)

Great Indian cuisine! Good service and atmosphere; reasonably priced, delicious food. Chaat of the day was unique and flavorful, also loved the onion bhaji and mango chutney. Garlic naan, tikka masala, and biryani were what you would expect, all very good. Dessert sampler was a great way to end the meal definitely recommend the flourless chocolate cake, although the gulab jamun was unique and very good as well. Absolutely recommend this restaurant if you want some good Indian food!

This place is a fancy class indian cuisine. It is not what you're probably used to when coming to an Indian Restaurant, this is more like a bite portion, artisans presentation with healthy ingredients in mind. It is more like a modern fusion culinary arts with spice.

If you are at or near Virginia Beach, you owe it to yourself to try Masala Bites at 2133 Upton Drive. We love Indian cuisine and have had it in Roanoke VA, Philadelphia PA and San Francisco and these folks do the classics like Chicken Tikka Masala and Vegetable Korma the best I have ever had! We really appreciated the vegetarian and vegan options! Great place to eat, lovely dining area too. Just great food!

Had the garlic naan and chicken tikka. Delicious. Staff was very friendly. Atmosphere is so nice and relaxing I'd gladly return. The wine list is extensive compared to most restaurants in the area and some were really great values. Next time I'm in the area I'll be back.
