Overpriced and rude. The first time we came here we didn?t have mask and were told to leave, which hey I understand and respect that. We stopped by in the fly of the moment to check it out and therefore didn?t have our masks. The lady was extremely rude but we decided to give them a shot anyway and later came back. Omg. So delish! Very easy to find, I walked in and was immediately greeted! It was just like talking to my auntie! I ordered 2 whiting dinners with cabbage okra, Mac and cheese and collards. MY GOD it was just what I needed. So tasty, flavorful, and so much of it. She brought it to my car and I told her I'd make sure to tell yall she is a beautiful QUEEN! Lol. I'll certainly be back . Visiting this place was a highlight to my day. Good vibes. Good soul food

Solid soul food spot. The staff was friendly. Great value for the cost! I got the large smothered pork chops meal with Mac and cheese and potato salad. For about $12 it was enough for TWO meals. Carry out only, as there wasn't really seating to eat.

I went to ellen 2/25 @515 it was an older woman with a short haircut and glasses and a short dark skin kerl working. they were both really rude, did not feel welcome at all, did not greet me or even a hello. the older lady had an employment and complained about others she worked with. the type did not wash his hands while he treated my eating. also eating was not hot and ready as it said on the glass, the baked chicken was dry mac and cheese was not at all satisfied. I will never go back or recommend this place to everyone
