Dairy Queen - Virginia Beach

Bummer that I asked for flame thrower sauce to go with my chicken strip basket, only to find out at the pick up window that this store can't do/accommodate that. Wild Buffalo ain't the same.Really the low star is for the girl at the order window who didn't inform me and thought buffalo sauce would suffice on the order ticket.Otherwise, your strips are bomb, fries stale.

Waited in line for 20 minutes, then right when I got to the window, they closed the window without explanation. The store was still open and there were 4 other lines open too, so that means I would have had to wait in a different line for another 20 minutes just to get ice cream. Poorly organized line system and a big disappointment during my vacation.

Came here with my boyfriend and his brother and sister after some fun on the beach and we all had a pretty good experience. The service was very quick and efficient and we got our order in a timely matter considering there was a lot of people here. I got a vanilla milkshake and it was great. I would definitely come back again to try some of the food they have.

Terrible service, food was cold, people taking orders are rude. Worst experience ever. Never expected this service here, used to come here every year for vacations.

I just went to Dairy Queen in Virginia Beach on 17th Street and met the rudest assistant manager Dave . Let me explain we bought $25 dollars worth of food two combo meals. (Order no. 78). It took 20 mins. That’s not the problem… I understand short on help but when we started to eat our food our pop had no ice left in it. so I explained to the manager he said it’s not my problem you had ice 20 mins ago .But I didn’t have my food yet… you have to buy more ice it’s not free ?. I just wanted a cool pop . I just felt the manager was a very rude and the fact that I had to buy ice for a pop that I already paid for and bought that wasn’t cold . Seriously DQ thank you! ?
