Pros: Fries were hot and fresh.Cons: the gentleman taking our order kept talking over us at the speaker. We ordered a classic roast beef meal large sized with a sweet tea, a small sweet tea and a small crinkle fry. He tried multiple times to give us one drink and order of fries because he wasn't listening.Finally got window he tried to give us a large coke we had to correct him.Small crinkle fries was a small curly fry instead.Roast beef sandwich tasted stale and bread was burnt.

Great roast beef. Not sure what happened to the curly fries. Very dry and only a few actual curls.

Tried the new fish sticks,they were not fully cooked.

Among the worst Arby 's I have ever been to. If you have 30+ minutes in you day to wait for fast food to be obtained go for it!Took more than 12 minutes to get to order, ordered and finally got to WI dow paid and got drink. Asked to pull forward as food is made. It was two freaking sandwiches both on the special menu. After pulling forward still took more than 10 minutes for them to bring the food.Good luck to you if you work and need to return on time.Highly suggest avoiding this location if time is of any importance to you.
