Feels like no one wants to be there. And no way to dry hands if you use the bathroom. Was told you don't get to dry your hands because of possible chance of people clogging toilet. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

We waited 42 min for our food in drive thru. Many cars that came after us left long before us. They brought out our food and said oh I wait I think your missing a double cheeseburger I'll go grab it. After 10 min another girl came out and asked what we were missing and we told her a double cheeseburger and a pop. She said she would go get it. Finally comes out with the burger and a coupon for a free small sundae. Never did get the pop. I want to know why this is considered to be ok to wait that long at a fast food restaurant.
