Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - Vineyards

Absolutely amazing yogurt. Especially the pineapple with vanilla and sprinkles on top. However, I must say it was not very pleasant to watch the cashier handle the money and then proceed to restock the spoons with no gloves on. Then proceed to wipe his nose with the top of his hand while holding a handful of spoons in that same hand.

Normally I love coming to Menchie’s and have nothing but good things to say when asked about my experiences. However, tonight I had my first bad experience and I left empty handed after already filling my two cups full of froyo : .When I first walked in I noticed there were two employees at the counter so I smiled at them and immediately stopped in front of the freezer to check for a plain tub of the flavor I wanted prepackaged. When I didn’t see it I went to grab a 2 of the smaller cups instead. Before I filled them I tried to ask the employees if it would be possible to get a larger tub since all I wanted was plain froyo or if they had to fill those themselves. Before I could even finish getting out my question, one of the associates who let me know her name was faith, started gesturing towards the froyo dispensing machines. When I was able to finish my question all she responded with was “no we can’t, did you check the freezer”. Mind you I walked in not even a minute before and stopped right in front of them to check said freezer. Overall in that moment I could immediately tell that out of the two employees, faith didn’t seem to care for helping me and was a bit more frustrated that I interrupted her mid what seemed like personal) conversation.I ended up filling my cups, however when I went to check out and realized how much more expensive they were going to be literally triple the price) I had to pass up on my purchase. I do feel really bad for filling both containers and not buying them but I made it clear to faith and gabby side note I’ve been served by gabby before and she’s always been polite, as she was today) that the reason I asked before hand about the larger container was because I knew it was cheaper plain in the tub by itself and if I couldn’t get it like that/at that price I would have been happy to come back another time.Both the girls seemed understanding at first, however after I walked out to leave and was in my car, I looked in my rear view to see faith clearly talking and gesturing her hands to “imitate” me filling the froyo cups. I really could’ve dealt with everything leading up to that and still felt like I didn’t have a truly “bad” experience but the mocking I felt in that moment just tipped the scales. This behavior is the reason why it’s often uncomfortable to speak with associates and ask for help.

Better than I could have imagined huge selection of tasty treats!

The vegan vanilla is very good. I was excited to have three vegan choices. Pineapple dole whip is good, too.

Frozen yogurt in Naples. It's about time. Too many ice cream shops.
