Burger Urge - Vine Creek

The meat in the burgers was not cooked freshly and came out cold, as did the fries. I would have preferred KFC instead.

The burgers are delicious, but the online ordering experience leaves much to be desired. The order status is not updated in real-time, leading to inaccuracies. I have waited for 30 minutes after being told my order was ready multiple times. When trying to call to confirm, the phone goes straight to voicemail. I would recommend finding another place for takeout.

My child had a kids chicken burger, which was smaller than a McDonald's cheeseburger. My husband tried the spicy "crocodile" burger, which is actually beef. It was spicy as advertised, but lacked flavor - it was just heat with no taste. It was a waste of money; better to get a Big Mac and add hot sauce. The vegan chicken patty was nothing like chicken and did not resemble the advertised KFC spicy burger. It tasted strange and had a weird texture. The sweet potato fries, regular fries, and cauliflower were all overly salty and not tasty. The bill for a pick plus 2 beers, 1 milkshake, and a kids burger came out to almost $90. This was my second visit and second time being overcharged and underfed. There won't be a third visit.

Service is awful. Everytime i must stand up and ask for a knife and fok. The burgers are every time different, many times less or missing toppings.
