I love getting ground beef here. Kyle will make it with the cut of beef you prefer, ground chuck is so good grilled or seared in an iron skillet. Perfection! Try the bacon burger too. (Chloé highly recommended it too)

Located minutes away from Hwy 41 right on corner of Washington Ave and Belle Crossing, this place is easy to get to and find.I have been here quite a few times, and each and every time I get fast service. The owner is always there working hard and always friendly to talk to.They have a variety of fresh meat cuts, some special selections also such as stuffed pork chops, etc. The are chips, desserts, drinks and other offerings here.Today I got a Ruben sandwich, with the sour krout, and thousand island dressing, on rye. The sandwich had plenty of corned beef, which was of excellent quality. The combo came with a dill pickle spear and a small bag of chips of your choice. The sandwich tasted excellent, the rye was not overpowering and everything blended well together.There are tables set up for outdoor dining on the shaded patio.Pros: Delicious sandwiches, quality meat selections, fast service, friendly staff.Cons: I honestly cannot think of one.If passing throughand want a great sandwich swing over to this shop, it won't set you back but a few minutes. If local there's no good reason you aren't getting your meat cuts here. Give them a try!
