Mcalister's Deli Vincennes In

The franchise owner should be more involved in this restaurant. There were not enough staff members, resulting in slow service and dirty tables that were not being cleared promptly. The workers tried their best, but it was clear that there were issues with staffing and training. At McAlisters, customers expect to quickly order and receive their food in less than 15 minutes, along with a clean environment. Waiting 40 minutes for food in a dirty setting is not acceptable. Despite these issues, two meals were good, but my salad tasted like it had not been properly washed.

I finally went to McAlister's Deli in Vincennes Indiana and I was pleasantly surprised! I ordered the baked potato with ham, turkey, bacon, cheese, and sour cream. It was delicious and I will definitely be back for sure!!!! Keep up the GREAT work!!!

I have only dined here a few times, but I have never been disappointed. The food is excellent and the staff is fantastic.

The deli sandwiches at this restaurant are truly amazing! I tried the McAlister club sandwich and the chicken dumpling soup, and both were delicious. The soup was just the right temperature - not too hot to burn your mouth, but definitely warm. It was packed with plenty of chicken as well.
