This place is not worth neither your time, nor your money in particular. There are much better places to eat in Vilnius and for sure this is not a place for romantic evening. Even though atmosphere is quite ok, the food is terrible and oh so much overpriced for what is offered. We have ordered hot wine for 6.5eur. I was expecting something wow, but that was just a sour and spirited drink. Italian salad with chicken is a wannabe Cezar salad with Iceberg lettuce, bits of chicken, and a few cherry tomatoes over it. Also the salad was too salty! Uneatable.. : The only beer is Carlsberg beer 3eur for 0.3l. Pizza was ok, thin crust.. but that is about it. I honestly wanted to talk to the staff about overseasoned food and spirited drinks and to ask money back, but my partner convinced me not to bother. Staff does not speak Lithuanian, which is kinda ok, but menu is in italian and completely uninformative. Other couple in the restaurant also left disappointed commented as Disaster among themselves. Please go somewhere else for a good experience, save your money and your good mood.
We wanted to eat in an italian Restaurant in Vilnius and went to Osteria Pizzeria A'Roma. To be honest we have never been so disappointed by a restaurant. My husband and me ordered both pasta. We got Penne with Tomato sauce and a little bacon (which was definitely not fresh! and minimal cheese on it (9,50€ for one menu . The taste was not Italian, but like everybody can cook at home. I am working in an restaurant with a cook from Italy, so I can tell you how Italian Pasta should taste. This pasta was served without any spices and the size of the menu was a cheekiness. Those Penne were not of good quality ether. Even the water I ordered was the cheap water from the supermarket served in the plastic bottle. For 24,50€ that we payed for two really small Pasta Menus, one small bottle of water (0,5l and one small beer (0,3l is just impudent. Starving from hunger we will now search for another location with better prices, better service and HIGHER QUALITY! NEVER AGAIN!!!
Hi, this restaurant was total disaster today! Came in with my mom and daughter (for her 18th birthday) and had to wait good 1/2 hour for one pizza while restaurant was almost empty two ladies at one table eating pasta and three other guys eating one pizza at the other table. The staff was confused of that situation when asked why is taking so long to get our order only one pizza when there is no other tables waiting for food. The administrator doesn 't even talk Lithuanian first of all she offered us to speak Russian with her, than English. Total of 3 staff members were hanging and standing around and not knowing what to do. The most strange thing was, they were serving pizza on the sidewalk table for bypassers, while they customers inside sitting and sitting and waiting FOREVER for the order. Later we were told that only one chef is working and he is new. But there were no customers waiting for the food except us! The pizza was not worth the price either. Even Express pizza makes way better pizza. Thank You for messed up day! Will never come back again. One more thing the waiter maybe have hearing problems, because three different times we had to repeat her what we just said.
The restaurant is in a nice place and looks good, but that's about it. The food is medium, but at least fresh. Not much spices or herbs. We were ignored by the staff most of the time. The staff is quite overchallenged, despite the small size. At least 5 times some one came and didn't took away the used ash tray from the customers before. After bringing the starters, no one came to take the order for the main dish. The waitress, who wore sweatpants, barely understood english and had to ask the manager, who was mostly busy with talking. Absolutely not recommended.
