Lots of people in the hotel/restaurant during the fair. The staff gave the impression that they were overwhelmed. Certain drinks were not available. After waiting for over an hour, we asked. The order was forgotten. What I further observed was that the food was ready but not served by the staff. The food sat on the counter for over 10 minutes.
