This evening, late delivery, I made a call, the person on the line was very good, understanding (rare despite the fact that it is normal for me to call), helpful and even accommodating. Late delivery ? No problem, I'm leaving myself Pizza prepared a while ago? I'll see where it's at and if it's still warm. Almost 1 hour of waiting due to a lack of staff? A flight, a disaster I ordered at 8pm on uber eat no order tracking or delivery after several unanswered calls I have a 1st person on the phone at 9pm who tells me that the delivery was wrong number. it arrives in 25 min, at 11:00 p.m. we were delivered the delivery man allows us to tell us that they were late because of the frank game that the employees were watching. if only I had read the previous comments before ordering.
