Le Pussoir Fidele

Lunch menu (start, main meal and dessert) offers 4 choices per course. Eggs and ham in cream sauce are worth a visit. Delicious. Three of us had the pig in Camembert sauce. Exceptional tender and tasty. Dessert rather standard, but still beautiful. House wine... good. All this for a reasonable price. Very good quality, very nice food, value for money. Recommended.

'Fedele'... demonstrates through sustained loyalty, so says the dictionary. Le Pussoir lives on his name! We compete with the plentiful reviews that eat here is a great experience. They offer consistency, creativity and charm. We chose to be part of our last vacation... before we return the ferry to Britain. A water, a red wine, two "Treeplate Dessert and two coffees came to 39 euros. There were different dishes in each category. We enjoyed beautifully presented Avacado/prawn entrees, a large Bavette with frits and a fish and potato bags for the main course followed by delicious desserts from pannacotta and creme caramel. An interesting interior and a very helpful service provided an unforgettable time. Thank you to those who cooked and served us. The atmosphere and attention were right. Fidele is quietly located on the main street in Villedieu, there are some parking next to the restaurant. but we parked in a free parking near the hospital and enjoyed the walk along the river La Sienne. Parking in the main road is limited to 15 minutes.

There is not much to say: Great food, very nice presented on the plate for a super good price (e.g. starter and main course for less than 15€ We arrived at 13:40 and the place closes at 14:00. So we would go after 14:00, but there was no discussion and lunch was served quickly. So if you take a break in Villedieu les poêles, I strongly recommend going here for lunch or dinner. A reservation could make sense.

Very welcome, impeccable table service and in the plate nothing to say. Thanks to the leader and his small team. We recommend.
