Acqua E Sale Villasimius

I have been coming to Villasimius with my family since 2018! We chose to come back here in 2019 and first choice post Covid let’s go back and support these amazing people. We show up in 2022 after going through all the ups and downs or airport, stupid new shortage of staff … you realise things have changed. Fair enough. You order Pizza and ask for some minor changes I.e. can you add ham and Salami on a Margherita and happy to pay any cost. Great they agree. Kids are happy. 3 days later, after and amazing day out after renting a boat from Maby Mary, tired and hungry, you get a drink at your favourite place Aqua e Sale and you ask for the same order, again nothing special, can you please add Ham and Salami on a Margherita since you don’t have it as part of the standard menu. Please happy to pay extra for the inconvenience and we had this order fee days ago. This guy’s response is “ No we can’t make any changes, you can only choose from the menu!!!!” This is at 6:30pm! No rush hour no nothing. I just wonder why!!!! Would you be this rude and unhelpful when you could have made our day! We are the type of family that never leaves a bad review and only take time to write a good review, but today this pissed me off so much that I couldn’t let it go!!!! Sunday August 7th 6:30pm Marina of Villasimius Aqua e Sale. This place had the best chef back in 2018! I am sure my reviews are still up. Sad day for customer service that we always loved and valued about this place.

I have been eating regularly at “Acqua Sale” since more than a month now and I would not change a single bit: awesome food (pinza is really tasty and offered in a great variety, and so are the poke bowls and the sandwiches from burgers to clubs), amazingly friendly staff (a special mention goes to Sara, Federico, Patty and all of the crew) and incredibly satisfying cocktails (mojito is a must drink). A recipe for happiness!!!

Really disappointed to have our first bad eating experience on Sardinia. Waiter was on the verge of rude and despite the venue being very quiet we were kept waiting for a long time. Food didn’t appear freshly cooked, possibly reheated in microwave and we waited ages for our drinks. Give this place a miss, there are far better places nearby.

We stayed for 2 times at lunch in this restaurant so we liked it. variety in the menu with pines, bowls, club sandwiches, salads, burgers and first courses. courteous staff and service quite fast.

My first experience from water and salt. Have a great time. All right. from cocktail to pinsa. super recommended!
