Wellington Restaurant is located in Graham Hotel. The food is good too excellent. Whenever I travel in México, I try huevos divorciados for breakfast as a means to compare. They were excellent with freshly made salsa roja and verde. The fried plantain was a perfect addition to the hot sauces, and the tortillas were fresh and plentiful. I had another breakfast, an omelet energético and three dinners: pescado al guajillo, arrachera and tacos de carne asada. All are excellent. If you like salsas, ask for the habanero. The hotel and restaurant have a feeling of family drive. Service is not excellent, but the waiters are friendly and gentle.
