Koiso Japanese - Village of Westbury

We've been here for years. The sushi is always fresh and the service is particularly friendly. Great play area for small children while you eat.

The omakase was fabulous! The otoro was fresh and very tender, and the salmon and snapper especially tasty, too. The dish came out quickly, and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the food. I'd definitely come back :

Easy to see right off of Westbury Avenue servicing Carle Place and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Parking on the Street is available. This is a family owned Traditional Japanese restaurant. Asian Patrons which is always a good sign. I'd recommend letting the owner choose the meal for you. Plenty of locals and repeat customers. Credit cards accepted. We will definitely be going back.

Ordered a huge takeout order here online. They were so friendly when I picked up and the food was fresh and delicious! Lunch special was reasonably priced and no items were missing! Pleasantly smooth experience and I'd definitely come back to dine in. The soy sauce was a bit salty though.

The food was authentic Japanese. Everything was so good. The owner came out to chat with us and he had some experience in the restaurant business. The sushi was so fresh and the service was on point. Everything was so well made and you could tell it was Japanese made sushi. Will become a favorite.
