The biscuit and sausage gravy for breakfast was excellent and clearly homemade. The biscuits were incredibly flaky and buttery! The gravy could benefit from a bit more sausage, but it was very flavorful overall!

The owner of this restaurant has transitioned from a physical location to a food truck, operating at two local spots throughout the day. Be sure to check his Facebook posts daily for updates on where he'll be and what's on the menu. The food is fresh, well-prepared, and made to order. I’ve enjoyed both breakfast and lunch from this venture, and I love the concept. The villa fried bread dough with butter and cinnamon sugar is a delightful rarity. The burgers and breakfast sandwiches are fantastic to grab on the go! Make sure to check it out soon and treat yourself!

Once you engage him in conversation, you’ll find it hard to leave without hearing some fantastic stories from his heyday on the field. Fun fact: Snacks holds the record for the most gallons of sausage gravy consumed in an hour at Coach's Corner—an impressive 1.75 gallons! This place is a true gem for anyone who loves a hearty breakfast.
