Wow Sushi - Village of Rockville Centre

I got a shrimp tempura, crab tempura roll and green salad and total was $20 and it was delicious.

I will say that their fish is fresh. It was a delicious meal for my son and I. The only kind of complaint was that they give packets of soy sauce and it wasn't enough. We will order from them again.

For years we’ve ordered for pickup a couple of times a month and never had an issue with an order. Last week I realized our edemame was missing once I got home. I called Wow and they offered to deliver it to us- they rang my bell within 15 minutes, and gave us an extra order of edemame to make up for the error. I also received a call later that evening from the restaurant to check that all had been resolved. Excellent customer service, and the freshest, most tasty sushi you can get in the area. Highly recommend!

Place used to be great. Quality is still good but the customer service is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Women that answer the phones are atrocious and need to learn how to take orders. Rude and obnoxious.

I had no idea that this place was in the neighborhood but I'm so excited I found it. I ordered the shrimp tempura with jalapeño and the Fire Rolls. There was a little hiccup with my order but they rectified it and so apologetic. It really helps you get over any inconveniences when the workers are genuine and treat you like they actually care. They very adamant on customer satisfaction and I greatly appreciated that! Now let's get to the food .... It was DELICIOUS and it tasted so fresh! I will definitely be back! I'm so happy I finally found this place.
