Clemson Bros. Brewery

I haven't been here for years when it was Guilded Otter and I ended many hikes here. Service was good and fast and good came quite fast. The ordered Ruben Sandwich and very delicious truffleries were excellent. Many seats inside and outside, place is very crowded and fun in summer its brewing selection is good and packed goods to go!

4.29.22 After visiting Mohonk Mountain House we thought here was a fast bite and brew and loved him! Service was fast, friendly and the food came hot. My IPA was perfect. I had the salt melt and my friend had the grilled cheese, soup and apple wine. We ate every bite. Brewery had a good mood, plentiful parking, all well.

Stunned on this place for lunch and was so glad we did. The food was fantastic. Very recommend the French onion grilled cheese. Ideal for a autumn or winter day. Beer was pretty good. Our waitress was very attentive and the food came out very quickly. We sat upstairs, which was nice and quiet. Would come back next time I'm in the area.

I was just here a few times, but recently we had our post-enginement dinner here and all I talked to from the manager to our waitress were incredibly friendly and helpful. We had to postpone our dinner a few days before the reservation, due to an upcoming snowstorm, and they recorded the change without any problems. Our food was great and the service was wonderful. They really did what a very special day was even better. Very recommended!

Great Beer! Short but yay mixed drink menu. Service wasnt awesome but not horrible. Burger seemed like a frozen patty but ok. The grilled cheese was awesome. Be advised that they add a surcharge for credit card payment.
