Very run down out dated place. Waiter forgot my water til mid meal. Hot cocoa machine broke. Big all around

läs merGood feeling with a variety choices to choose from. Appears always busy with faithful customers. Good chow for eat in or takeout.
The breakfast was excellent and the staff was very kind and attentive. It's in a strip mall overlooking a parking lot. The atmosphere can't be helped.
