We discovered Ambigú looking for a place to celebrate our pre-wedding. It was a complete success. From minute one Emilio, the owner and chef, made everything easy for us and it turned out to be an unforgettable afternoon. The food is spectacular, traditional haute cuisine with unique touches. We hired a rondalla and we celebrated it on the terrace of the restaurant, which is also a charming little square. Emilio and his team made a great effort preparing everything and the people were delighted. Machaconas with snout, stuffed peppers, Salmorejo, shrimp salad, brutal cheeses, ham, very good red and white wines, croquettes... all of 10.
