Although it is located in a active shopping center and right next to the high school, it is not usually super busy in the afternoon early evening. I enjoy coming to Dunkin’ Donuts but yesterday there was a worker there the young boy he had an attitude every time I asked a question like he was frustrated and he he didn’t really want to give me my coffee the way I wanted it and when I asked him for something, he was kind of rude about it Hopefully he has better days. Came here yesterday 530pm , stood at the front counter for 10 minutes , while 2 employees stood by the drive through window chatting. Finally our order was taken lady seemed irritated that we were there. Restrooms do not work lobby was filthy, hardly anything to choose from and what we did end up purchasing was stale !!! Terrible, everywhere they advertise that they close at 9pm. It is 8pm and they?re closed. Then the female employee with lightish hair has the nerve to say, ?why are people here?

SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE. Breakfast sandwiches were sold cold, I was expected hot eggs. Coffee is subpar. Long lines. Slow service. Take your business to other local establishments.
