h3 Hamburgology - Vila Nova de Gaia

This is a review for those in Parque Nascente, but I'm sure they're all the same. I thought the name of Hamburgology and marketing beat a handcrafted style burger and the photos looked pretty nice. I ordered the champignon (without... bread). With this you get rice and scratches (yes, really since when Craps were the ideal companion for a burger). I chose an extra salad and skipped the rice as he did not see appetite. The burger was served immediately (which contradicts its 'non-fast food 'day line'), so that it is clearly precooked and kept warm. It was dry and very unpretentious, with a small piece of mushroom sauce. The scratches were soggy and the salad was a simple salad, tomatoes and onion in a bowl. Overall, this was simply a cheaper and evil burger without rolls and does not deserve the "hamburgology " hype. I recommend a miss.

Really bad cold burgers with a cold egg and soggy Crisps... worst food I still had in Portugal. From order to arrive it took 45 seconds, so obviously a boiled product again

At the first visit to Parque Nascentre it was impeccable. After lunch at the H3 New Hamburgology we had the Benedikt Burger, which it was delicious, freshly prepared, served with rice or cream without bread, the best burger I've ever tasted, served by the...Koch a beautiful young man.
