Pizzaria 21 - Vila Arens

Total disrespect for the consumer. They accepted my order at Ifood at around 8:50 pm, with an expected delivery time of 1:30 am. At 10:40 pm I called to find out the reason for the delay (as they didn't respond to me on Ifood), they said it would be out for delivery in 20 minutes. At around 11:15 pm they simply canceled my order. They left me waiting for more than 2 hours to cancel the order. Terrible. Terrible!!!!!! Service: Delivery

I ordered a small pizza and was surprised by the perfection of the dough, with well-made edges and very filling, excellent value for what was delivered. Friendly staff, very clean and organized place. Good variety of flavors and drinks. Vegetarian options: The special option with zucchini is very well done with polenguinho cheese, it’s delicious!!!
