Sinigang na Bagnet was a threat. Pretty expensive food this side of town. I recommend you try the Ilocano halo halo.

This was probably one of the worst meals and service we have experienced in the Philippines.We went for breakfast and saw how some people who arrived after us were being served before us.We had to ask for water 4 times, cutlery 3 times... the coffee was 3 in 1 from a packaged mix (horrible) and our eggs, longganisa and bagnet were picked from the buffet where it had been for hours before we arrived (9:30 ish). It was horrible.
