Ben Jerry's - Vienna

The traffic and parking situation can be a logistical headache. You might not only getting a headache, from how fast you eat ice cream. Parking in here is, let's just say park in the back if you can. When I eat ice cream I want to relax. This isn't the optimal spot for that. Yet I do recommend it. The reason is simple.It's the employees who make it welcoming. Very good customer service here. Even when it does get busy, all of their folks are polite and efficient. As for the prices, Ben and Jerry's is expensive. There's no getting around that. Most of their choices are full of flavor and fresh. My recommendation is to go with a waffle cone.

Ice was melted inside the window area. Tasted terrible. Staff was also lazy and rude. Tables very dirty as well. Don’t go here! Save your money.

I will no longer support businesses that do not support our country. Following Ben and Jerry's anti-American announcement on July 4th, 2023, I have decided to take my business to Cold Stone indefinitely.

This restaurant offers a diverse selection of popular flavors, such as sunflower and almond-based ice creams, alongside traditional options and sorbets. There is something to suit everyone's tastes, and I commend the use of wooden utensils, which helps reduce plastic waste in the environment.

The free cone day was way much better than DQ's event, which was just a tiny half size cone. The line was short and quick. Staffs were very friendly and patient. I went adventurous and got the chunky money which was okay. Just wish they had a flavor with chocolate and nuts.
