Rialto - Vidalia

Server Tiffani and Host Jackson were great. However, a new system needs to be put in place for alerting patrons when their table is ready. When sitting in the lounge area waiting to be seated talking with your group and other people talking, it is difficult to hear someone come to the door and call your name when you’re sitting toward the back of the lounge area. We waited over an hour because we were “marked off” since someone came to the door at the lounge and called our name but nobody responded. Just a recommendation to take phone numbers down and send text messages when tables are ready. This is 2024 and technology is way more advance than someone needing to come to the door and call your name!

TIFFANY MURPHY!! Is the best server we’ve ever had , her customer service is excellent she’s very sweet and accommodated us very well. The bbq chicken pizza is personally my favorite!

We came in with a 6 party tonight and last time was 11. We had Tiffany Murphy our first time and our second. She was by far the best we could have asked for. She not only took care of us she explained what each item was and what to expect from each. The tiramisu was unbelievably to say the least! The special, which was snapper was excellent and the portion was unbelievable as well. I think next time I just might call in advance to see if Ms.Tiffany is on duty just to have full experience as I am now accustomed to.

Rialto never disappoints, good food and service. The only negative is if you are seated in the bar side you can't order from the regular menu.

Some of the best Italian food I've ever had. The Eggplant parm is always worth the drive (and reheats well too).Baked Ziti is also very good.
