El Centenario - Vidalia

2 stars for the food, peasant grade at best with its lack of flavor. Salsa was tasteless, it was slightly seasoned tomato sauce. Food was watery as well. I had the pablano pepper #334 stars for service, I would give 5 but they salted my drank when I wanted sugar for the marg.3 stars atmosphere, I got stuck in the corner with my ole lady basically in a broom closet.5 stars for the marga-ronaBottom line I like Rio Grandes’ Salsa way better, it has subtle heat and a nice flavor with other ingredients besides tomato sauce.

Customer service always excellent, food always on point, and it's great to see that even the restroom is extremely clean:)oh, and each time I request extra avocado on the side and extra sour cream it's perfect!!!

I came at lunchtime, I was surprised it wasn't busy. I've been here once before for Cinco Del Mayo and had a great time. This time I was seated for about 10 min before I had to grab the hostess from the front to take drink orders which I don't think it was her job. No one came to take our orders either, the hostess came back and finally took our order. To say the least, I won't be back anytime soon.

Food decent waitress was excellent very nice! Margarita was SOUR no tequila and manager refused to refund us. I would skip this place.
