Only testify of managers go beyond and beyond to satisfy an unfortunate customer who really benefited from him. the customer came with almost completely eaten hamburger, maybe complain 1/3 left, it was not what he ordered. after the manager replaced the burger, he also asked for riders who had come with his meal. then asked another coke. the manager asks if he likes a cone and of course the customer said yes. the manager gave him that too. all the time the customer was sarcastic. the manager was completely exploited, but it was very well treated. the customer was a total fraud. I can't stand people who have advantages and people and do business. kudos to the manager who is professional, although he knew he was exploited.

Love my hometown DQ! Mr. Joe that runs this store does a lot for the community. I think it's great to support this business.

General store employees great district manager not so much. He can yell at his employees that their not doing their job but this is what he did the entire time I was in the drive thru. Lead by example!!! SMH Such a shame...

Always fresh and tasty eat every time we eat here....we are always smiling and happy to see us....they treat us like family and we feel at home...you listen to us surprise....the great work on? love!
