Bj's Brewhouse Victorville

The ambiance is cozy, the food is tasty, but the service is unreliable and the staff is short-handed. Despite these issues, I would still consider returning.

Our server was exceptional and did a fantastic job at our meal. The only issue we had was with the hostesses. I had made reservations beforehand and called to confirm my name on the list, but when I arrived, the hostess claimed they don't accept reservations. Despite being disappointed, we decided to wait. After 20 minutes of standing with my baby, hoping for a table or highchair, we were told there were none available, despite seeing empty tables nearby. The hostess also failed to provide menus and ignored us when we tried to get her attention. Overall, our experience was saved by the excellent service from our waiter, but it seems the hostesses could benefit from some additional training.

I made a reservation online, but it was not honored due to Covid restrictions. However, they were able to accommodate us without any problems and notified us when our table was ready. Fortunately, our server was excellent! The food was also delicious. The only downside was the distraction from all the TVs.

We are never disappointed at the service and the quality of foods, why we go in this restaurant all the time. Once a month, we'll come to lunch with my sister-in-law and her husband. Victorville is our meeting place. They're from Palmdale and we're from Moreno Valley. BJ's is always the restaurant of choice. Thank you and stop the good work!

Our waiter was amazing that he did an excellent job. the only problem were the hostesses. I have kept before the time to make sure that my name was on the list, and they confirmed. when I arrived there, the hostess said they did not accept reservations. I was upset, but still decided to wait for them to stand after 20 minutes when we asked one because I was a baby, it's easier to keep them in one, they said there were no available. when there were obviously a few around us who were socially removed in the did. the hostess also gave us no menus and ignored us when we tried to get their attention. again the waiter was amazing. I think the hostesses need a little more training.
