Water's Edge Cafe Lounge - Victoria

The atmosphere at the restaurant overlooking the inner harbour is fantastic. The hostesses were very helpful and the food was well taken care of.

The restaurant is in a fantastic location near the water, offering delicious food and a great atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. It is conveniently situated near all popular attractions and the main shopping center.

We were unsure of where to have dinner on our second night in Vancouver, but we decided to explore Gastown and stumbled upon this hidden gem. We were seated right away just before the dinner rush. While they have a lovely outdoor seating area, we opted to sit indoors. The waitstaff was attentive, quick, and incredibly friendly, with smiles all around. We both opted for comfort food; I ordered a simple spaghetti with meat sauce, while my companion chose Italian sausage with rotini. Both dishes were expertly prepared and lifted our spirits. For dessert, I indulged in the blueberry cheesecake, which was absolutely outstanding. My partner enjoyed the sorbet just as much. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience with excellent food and service in a charming location.

The staff at the Edge Water Cafe Lounge were friendly and welcoming. The assortment of coffees, teas, juices and other food items were great. If you're off to catch a tour, they offer to go cups for your drinks. There is no hot food offered...in the continental breakfast, so if you're in the mood for pancakes and bacon, you'll have to go elsewhere. They do offer fruit salad, bananas, cereals, yogurts, baked treats, boiled eggs and cottage cheese. For the most part, there is something for everyone. If you're staying at the hotel, the breakfast is included with your room. It's a bonus. They open at am and breakfast is available until am. This is perfect for earlier risers and those who wish to sleep in.

Great location close to the water. Great food and ambience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Located in close proximity to all attractions and the main shopping centre.
