Bidra med feedbackWe chose Vis a Vis because of their advertising as a charcuterie, cheese, and wine bar. We were disappointed to find that only the menu from the pub next door was available. Servers appeared to be working both the pub next door and restaurant so there were noticeable gaps in service. We felt we may as well have gone to the pub (although one of us ordered food we'd had at the pub previously and it wasn't up to its usual standard) and wonder what the intent of a separate restaurant is. Vis a Vis didn't live up to what is indicated on their website nor what has been written about the restaurant.This may have been an off night for some reason but customers should be informed. We're unlikely to return.
I was a little bit disapointed with vis a vis the food was good but nothing special. The resturant is beautiful however and the atmosphere was great. However our service was actually pretty bad. Our server seemed totally disinterested and when our food was brought out I sadi thank you to the man and he just walked away without evening saying your welcome. We spent almost 200.00 there between the two of us, and a little less attitude would have been appreciated.
Delicious seafood Charcuterie. Beef tartar with egg yolk yam is very tasty.
First time dining here this weekend and was very pleasantly surprised it lived up to the hype! Best french onion soup I've ever had and escargot was fantastic. Will definitely be back!
We had an amazing lunch. The food was great but Jacob made our dining experience even better. He was personable and fun. A real credit to his profession. If I could give 6 stars out of 5, I would.
