I had never tried a Montreal smoked meat sandwich before, but it was the Friday special so I decided to give it a try. I now come back as often as I can, and while the soups are always amazing, I have found that the sandwich is my new favorite. I also tried the seasoning mix for jambalaya and it was delicious! The peaceful seating area in the back was a lovely escape, and the free WiFi was an added bonus. The owner and his staff were always friendly and funny, making the dining experience fantastic!

The Shepherd's Pie, Lasagna, fantastic soups, Gordon's Scotch Eggs, Roast Chicken, and mouth-watering salads are just a few of the options offered at this charming deli on fabulous Fort Street. Daily specials make it a perfect spot for lunch. Don't forget to grab some homemade Branston Pickle to accompany your meal. Once customers discover this gem with delicious food and welcoming service, they'll become regulars.

I really like her suppe maize bread special, it is very cheap, less than $4! the owner is very friendly and always ready to try something new. there are many fine international deli articles to buy.

You must visit this place! All the food is prepared right in front of you with care and thought put into every dish I tried.

I was driven to meet the King to try on...of Gordon's famous Scotch Eggs. It was a treat as expected, and so popular with the family I was back the next day for more! Also offered in No Cook Wednesdays, and Fridays You can pick up a whole roast chicken and two salads for $12.95. When on Holiday, this give you a home cooking option to take back to your room to enjoy. The BBQ Chicken and the Smoked Montreal Meat sandwiches also look to be excellent choices.
