Nohra Thai Kitchen - Victoria

The green curry and desserts we ordered are great. The ocean wise pawns are fresh and cooked just right. However, the stir fries and the rice noodles we ordered are not living up to our standards, the sauce is too salty and lack of the authenticity of Thai flavour. The “Thai spicy” is also not as spicy as a real Thai.Food: 4/5

We had a wonderful evening dining on the patio. The crab cakes were absolutely delicious, the dishes were full of flavor, and the service was exceptionally friendly! Rating: 5 out of 5 for the food.

It’s really good Thai food and probably the best Thai food I’ve had in Victoria! It feels very authentic and the dishes are not westernized (aka a ton of sugar or oil added). I’ve had the pad Thai noodles, red curry, and the Tom Yum soup here! All really good!

I had a wonderful lunch on the patio at this restaurant. The service and food were excellent. It's a great spot to have a meal in Oak Bay/Estevan Village. Everything was fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced. I will definitely be returning. Food: 5/5

I recently dined at a restaurant and tried the Chef's special massuman beef curry, and it was hands down the best meal I have ever had. As a former food critic in Calgary and Montreal, I have had my fair share of meals, but this one was exceptional. The beef was incredibly tender and the flavors were exquisite. The roti that accompanied it was delicious, and I found myself wishing I had more room in my stomach to eat more. For dessert, I tried the banana fritters which were also fantastic. However, the only downside was that the restaurant had multiple fragrance oil diffusers set up, which I found to be a bit overwhelming as I am sensitive to strong scents. I ended up moving them away from my table area to better enjoy my meal. Despite this, I would still go back to this restaurant again and again. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach where you can take a leisurely stroll to digest your meal.
