Best ice cream shop in town!! props to the staff that make things move smoothly during the rushes. make sure to tip these guys, they work so hard and really deserve it. i have witnessed multiple times just how much they have to put up with. each time i have gone there have been irritated families who are upset that they have to wait. unreal. feel so bad for the staff. i wish people were more understanding that this place gets busy. kindness goes a long way. i hope the staff know how much they are appreciated and that they always make my day!! keep up the great work. :

Avoid this place if you are an ethnic visible minority (aka NOT a white family/couple with or without kids). I came here with my partner, lining up on a hot day and the staff completely ignored us! We were the only non-white in that store, at that time, and the employee completely skipped us after serving the family in front of us. We tried calling out to the employee saying Excuse us and hey , but they ignored us, and instead skipped to serving the white couple behind us. The couple behind us didn 't even point out that they skipped us. They ignored us, still, and we had never felt so discriminated against before, at a shop, lined up with all white couples/families. We left with no dessert, and opted for the nearby Dairy queen instead.This shop is not ethnicity friendly, and I advise anyone to NOT go if you fall under a visible minority group.

Due to a menu misunderstanding and language barrier, ended up getting a flavour I did not want. Expensive cone when you wanted something else. Apparently happens all the time haha. Fix your menu maybe?! Would not return, run a better business.
