Charelli's & Co - Victoria

The café is fantastic. The cheese shop has good selections at reasonable prices. The café offers a small menu that changes weekly, with fresh and delicious options. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys seasonal, fresh food.

Charelli's in Victoria is the perfect spot for me. They offer a wonderful variety of cheeses, meats, and imported goods, as well as freshly baked bread if you arrive early enough. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and generous, making it easy to choose what you want with their available samples. Despite being always bustling, Charelli's creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere for customers to enjoy their time and the experience. Even on busy days, the wait is worth it.

The best cheese shop in Victoria, maybe the west coast. Very European atmosphere. Great sandwiches and recipe ideas. Excellent and interesting assortment of oils, condiments , etc.

We took home two cheeses to try, a pungent but heavenly soft Quebec goat cheese and a hard nutty Comte from France. Both were amazing but it was the Comte that impressed us most.

Wonderful little place. They do sandwiches but they ran it of bread by 1pm, so go early. They were prepping some Dolmades and So I got a small box for $5. And a cut of Maréchal (swiss) cheese when they didn't have Wrangebach (Swedish) , which was a great recommendation because they are similar on my pallets!. The olives are BIG and Juicy. Their prices aren't bad either. They have small tables to sit outside the store to enjoy. What a gem this place is!
