Bidra med feedbackNice restaurant, nice atmosphere! The food was good, just took a long time to get out. During lunch and was not so busy for a Saturday. The waitress was nice, but didn't look over the long waiting period.
When my Wife and I packed up our 18 month old to head out to dinner, I thought that we were making a mistake. Restaurants have been short staffed and affected heavily due to the pandemic and restrictions. We had an average weekend wait for our table, that pleasantly was shortened by hard working staff. When we were seated, we were greeted by our waiter, Ian. You would have thought that this gentleman just started his shift after winning the lottery. He was prompt, professional and patient with us as we decided our meal and tended to our Son. Seconds after ordering our drinks, the beverages were already at our table and he was taking our appetizer order. We decided with the “Texas tonion” (blooming onion pedals and horseradish sauce). It must have been 10 minutes or less and our appetizer was in front of us. Ian took our dinner order and was on his way to put our order in the computer and tend to his other patrons. The food came out fresh and hot, and our steaks were perfectly cooked. I look over, and the manager is helping to bus tables! How cool is that! That’s rare for almost any restaurant right now. We weren’t rushed out, but Ian was very understandable when we asked for our check early so we could pay and get out as fast as possible with our son who hadn’t napped at all today. This was the best experience we’ve had at any restaurant, and we have eaten at some high class places. We will be returning soon and asking for Ian. Good job Longhorn, and great job to everyone working tonight. We needed this night out.
It was awesome. Our waiter was so attentive to our needed and making sure that we were satisfied customers. That's what a waiter is supposed to do and I'm very grateful for that waiter. My friend also enjoyed her birthday thanks to a young man who made sure that it was in my plans lol. You guys were awesome. Thanks so much for such wonderful and memorable service.
We were returning back home from our July 4th day trip, and we saw the 'LongHorn Steakhouse ' sign up ahead in the distance. We immediately turned into the driveway to find out we arrived early before the rush, so we were seated right away. Our server was very attentive. First we we ordered drinks and they tasted well balanced. Most 'commercial chain ' restaurants we have been to, their drinks were either too week or the alcohol was over powering. We ordered appetizers and a couple of steak entrees. I ordered their Smoked Wings for an appetizer, and it came out quick and was hot These were not sitting under a 'warming ' lamp because they were crispy on the outside. The inside of the wings were tender, not dry and seasoned perfectly. I also ordered the Lobster Crab Bisque with large chunks of lobster and crab There was no skimping or any 'immitation ' seafood here. My wife and I ordered an 8oz Sirloin, medium rare and medium Both came out exactly the way we requested. The steak was just over an inch thick and there was hardly any grizzle, and it was seasoned well. A few commercial chain steak houses we have been to was seasoned a little 'too much '. I wonder if we 'll get the same luck at another LongHorn Steakhouse somewhere else. Normally, I always post the cut of meat that I order in my reviews when I visit a steakhouse, but this was nothing out of the ordinary. I could of ordered another helping of the Smoked Wings and Bisque though.
Great calm, relaxing/romantic atmosphere. Prices alittle high- but ALL THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30
