Bidra med feedbackDisgusting. The curry was extremely oily and greasy. Even Gordon Ramsey would be appalled. Absolutely terrible. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone under any circumstances.
I went here with family to enjoy some nice Indian food after a full day in Victor Harbour and the food was terrific. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. It sure took a long time to get our order but worth the wait. If you're starving and/or in a rush might not be the best option. If you don't mind to wait, it's very good food. Enjoy!
Food of very high quality - not aware of any other restaurant that exceeds the quality of the Indian food presented by the Tandoori Cafe. Wines available at reasonable prices- not inflated Very pleasant service.Oerall a very good experienceUnlike many restaurants in Victor Harbor they did not have a 10% surcharge for a public holiday. A real, plus
We had a great time at Tandoori Cafe. We started with Sheek kebab and Chicken tikka, which were served sizzling on the same plate with an onion and capsicum sauce. It was a unique presentation that we had never seen before, but we both enjoyed it. The portions were generous for starters. For our mains, I had the Beef Madras and my husband had the chicken tikka masala. Both dishes were on the sweeter and milder side, typical of Northern Indian cuisine. If you prefer your Indian food spicier, you may want to try the Vindaloo. Our bill came to $74 for 2 entrées, 2 mains, saffron rice, a naan, and 2 beers. It was great value for the quality of food we received, and we would definitely recommend a visit.
As a couple we both enjoyed the meals provided in the hotel restaurant. The service was friendly and the meals were provided in good time.
