Pass day in Valchiusella, with stop in this small workshop. After a nice picnic in the lawn next to the local, with wooden benches and shaded, we took a good ice cream with the taste of milk. Few tastes but really rich in taste and especially genuine. I tried fishing and yoghurt with a gluten-free cone (thanks for sensitivity to celiacs). I also tasted chocolate and hazelnut (really great). I'll come back!
