UPDATE: February 6, 2019 Sonic, your employees at this unit have really stepped up. although I have had SEVERAL bad experiences at this particular location (two of which were last week when my boyfriend was hospitalized nearby) im not ther sort of person who can 't understand things happen. I had gone to sonic to speak with a manager regarding the most recent (2 days prior)problems, to be met with courtesy, professionalism, and a desire to 'make it right '. as I 've sworn to return only when they 'get it together ', I 'm here to tell y 'all, they got it together. Finally. my trust is tentative but I 'll be back. thank you, sonic, for doing it right this time, that earned you somethin, imo. I thought it would be lovely, considering how friendly the car hop sounded over the intercom while taking my order. it wasn 't. $16 (that 's with the buck and a quarter tip) for 2 bags of ice, an ocean water, a medium Butterfinger blast, and 2 cheese sticks (NOT 2 orders, two individual sticks of fried mozzarella). she didn 't get the ice on the order. miscommunication . the ocean water was the wrong size, the cheese sticks weren 't made to order (not cold but definitely not hot, at all) and just look at the blast........did I mention no spoon? how about hardly any Butterfinger in that blast? it 's been a year of continual, seemingly deliberate, screw ups, sonic. I 'm done.
Well, I will start by saying this Sonic's service is the bottom of the barrel. We have been waiting for 40 minutes on a mobile app order. When they finally brought the food, they left off the onion rings and gravy. Whoever is managing this Sonic doesn't deserve minimum. This place is a bad joke. They put a bad taste in my mouth. The manager did offer to pay for it.
If you stop here, whatever you do try to not have “Monique” as your carhop. I ask for an new item on the menu in the drivethru that flashed on the screen as I waited forever to get an answer from someone and she continues to tell me they don’t sell that item but I looked and you can clearly order it through the app and it’s on the screen right in front of me. Either learn your menu for your job or stop false advertising! Instead she gives me something totally different then what I ordered without asking me first. Thanks for the burger with everything I don’t like on it Monique…
This has got to be the worst Sonic Drive-In I have ever been to. The orders always take 30 minutes to an hour the only good thing it's got going for it is it's close to the hospital and about the only fast food on that end of town would recommend going somewhere else the orders are never right they're always cold they never put cherries in the diet cherry limeade
