Waited in drive thru line for 45 minutes to get a hot n ready pizza from an employee that was very short towards me. I really dislike going here. Everytime I go it's always something. Most of the time they are out of what I want. Like this visit, out of the brownie pizza. And the wait is always ridiculous.
We?re from out of town but we stopped in to grab a pizza for the road. Service was great. The pepperoni pizza hot-n-ready was delicious the crust?s thickness was perfect, they?re usually too thick back home. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed this one.
Road trip.. 8-29-19 7:00pm Hot and ready to go pizza under $6.00 but no pizza ready and long wait times with long lines. No one that was behind the counter appeared to be in a good mood. The location was small but not dirty from what you could see. The pizza was not all that. Overall I was disappointed in the whole experience. I would not return to this location.
I requested some compensation for the wait, suggesting a refund and either my pizza or a cheese sticks order at no cost. Their response was that it wasn’t their fault and that my order doesn’t get processed automatically upon payment. While I understand that it can take time for the systems to communicate, it’s not my problem if their technology is outdated. I noticed they had orders from other customers that had been waiting much longer than mine, but they weren’t acknowledged. I tried to speak with the branch manager, but she was too busy using her phone to contact the store manager, acting as a middleman between us. When I asked for the names and contact numbers of district leaders, the store manager answered after the assistant managers put their phone on speaker, directing me to 1-800-Little-Ceasers. I felt this was a misleading response to a customer. This happened to me twice, where my order wasn’t prepared and ended up being given to someone else, leading to my complaint about the service. The assistant manager needs to learn how to handle situations with more composure.
