Scarlett Pizzaria - Vichy

Having visited here three years ago, and having a great experience, we were excited to return last night. Sadly, what a disappointment! Attentive staff but the radio playing with a very bad crackling signal made the ambience less than relaxing. Our pizza toppings were tasty but the base was flat and tasted like cardboard. This is the easiest dough to make! We left as soon as we had eaten and went to a nearby restaurant for dessert. What a shame for a restaurant that has such great reviews. We won’t be returning.

This is an interesting little pizza place and has a quiet place out back. The pizzas are nothing out of the ordinary and as a result I wouldn't rush back.

It’s not the most modern of environments with its slightly dated decor but the pizzas we had were all delicious and cooked perfectly; plenty of toppings and a crispy base! Not a great selection of beer but good wine selection as you would expect in France.. Service was a little slow but we were happy to take a leisurely meal with good friends.

We arrived with rain at the restaurant. A waitress told us to wait 5 minutes. She didn't tell how to wait with rain and 3 kids....we wait ...and wait...and wait...after 15 minutes another waitress told us that there wasn't place for us. We have told her the words of her colleagues and she told us OK just 5 minutes and we prepare the table....while we were waiting we have seen how they prepare the pizzas. The pizzas are cooked before!!!!!and then warmed in electric hoven maybe we were lucky to escape before eat them

Après avoir couru le triathlon je décide d'aller manger une pizza dans cet établissement. Mais surprise, l'entrée m'a été refusée car j'étais seul! Ce n'était pas rentable pour cet endroit où apparemment seul le profit compte! Les pizzas sont certainement bâclées dans le but de réaliser le plus grand bénéfice possible... il est nécessaire de signaler ce restaurant aux diverses associations de consommateurs, à l'administration concernée... je m'en chargerai.
