Bidra med feedbackWe were in Vichy for the Ironman triathlon weekend and stumbled across this restaurant just off the main street the evening before the big race. They had a special menu for Ironman with a wonderfully big portion of pasta and meat/fish choices. This was just what we were looking for, keeping it simple with decent portions and more than satisfactory in quality. Pricing was very reasonable and service good too.
La Tart'in is situated in a small alley , off the trendy main streets. It was a rainy day, so we had to sit inside. The interior is hip, hot, red and with a historic ceiling. The service is adequate, the salads we ate were okay, tasty but not exciting. The choice of wines is good and the price is average.
All good food, wine, service. Short menu of salads and tartines but plenty of choice within that. Good quality, good value short wine list. Decor is a bit generally red but that's their thing.
This was a good visit this time around to this restaurant. Their special of the Mont D'or was fantastic and the entire 8 of our dining party took advantage of it. It was delicious. Just a little difficult to get the attention of the service personel
