First I would like to say that I think you make the best pizzas in the area. Today when I ordered a mega pizza for the family, unfortunately we didn't get what we ordered. I understand that it is Sunday and you are busy and mistakes can happen. You said I could keep the pizza and you could make a new one and it would be with us within an hour. It's a bit of a waste of food and we were quite hungry, so it was out of the question. I offered to refund half as the pizza was already paid for. You wouldn't agree to that, but I could have a pizza another day. We could find out, but it would have to be in writing. No more was said about it. Sorry for the frustration but for another time, acknowledge the mistake, pay the money back and we could have continued cooperation. Unfortunately, it turned out to be too much trouble this time.
