Bidra med feedbackThe restaurant develops along a beautiful window overlooking the promenade of Viareggio, the route we proposed was exceptional, but the praise that we assign it for the exciting path of wines recommended by a passionate sommelier! friendly and brilliant staff! super recommended!
I could give you six stars. best Italian restaurant protagonist tried so far. At first I was a skeptical for the location of some furniture I probably didn't include them. the fabulous degotation menu, with undisturbed courses were an unforgettable experience. another praise for the maitrè, which recommended us a large bottle to accompany everything by making us discover an exceptional cellar. We'll definitely come back.
We went last night in four. we took the menu from 10 courses. 250 euro per head. all 10 excellent. very nice, pretentious location, unfortunately inside and not outdoor, in the premises of the hotel prince of Piedmont. very well the boys who served us, except for a sommelier or presumed such, with the cod, who did not get one. to the question: which wines combined with these 10 dishes? answered: Italian, French and German wines. So I knew how much earlier I asked for the rectius card in this restaurant “wine book”. we ordered a cadet chardonnay 2014 but there was no. we asked for 2013 but there was not even that while both were on paper. I ordered a bucci green villa 2013 and when we drank it to ask for the second bottle we discovered that it was the last and nobody told us. there was still 2014. We had champagne glasses on the table, and we've asked for wine glasses since we had a verdict. the sommelier responded to us with little and contrary to what he said those we were well. however countervoil has changed them. the last bottle we asked, a sweet toothbrush 2019, practically poured in full in the four glasses. I asked to serve without your help. I mean, a sommelier to forget, the perfect rest. I understand clearly, but with a sommelier, we would have paid more willingly.
Pleasant evening, good food excellent the first and also a discreet wine card, also desserts are very good
This was one of the finest meals we ate in Italy on our honeymoon. It 's expensive, but the dishes are inspired. I appreciated how the chef riffed on typical Italian fare (pastas, cured meats, etc with creative combinations. (Tahini and tartare?? Who 'd have thought? I also ate a raw oyster with a small scoop of goat 's milk gelato. I would now like one of these to accompany every meal I eat, if possible. Wildly inventive, incredibly delicious.
