Our experience at the restaurant on March 1, 2024 was a true gastronomic nightmare. The waiter, displaying a record level of rudeness and incompetence, transformed what should have been a pleasant evening into an ordeal. Every request from us was met with annoying huffs, and it seemed like his only desire was to chase us away. The decor of the place is an insult to good taste, squalid and superficial, so much so that it makes any construction site under construction seem like a masterpiece. The dishes, while barely decent, were like a feeble attempt to compete with other local restaurants that, in comparison, seemed like authentic works of culinary art. It was with great enthusiasm that I went to this restaurant in search of a pleasant and fun evening with friends. Unfortunately, the experience I had completely compromised the positive expectations I had. The initial moment of the evening was overshadowed by the extremely rude behavior of the waiter, who contributed to an atmosphere that was unwelcoming and not conducive to enjoying the meal. His lack of professionalism negatively affected the entire experience, making it difficult to focus on enjoying the company and food and friends. Unfortunately, the venue did not meet expectations either. The neglected furnishings and poor cleanliness contributed to an unpleasant atmosphere, far from the welcoming environment expected of a restaurant in the area. As for the food, unfortunately, the quality did not live up to expectations. The portions were modest, and the flavor of the dishes was not up to par with other restaurants in the area I have had the pleasure of eating at. In conclusion, the evening which should have been a pleasant moment was ruined by very poor service and a poorly maintained environment. Negative experience especially due to the lack of education of the waiter who greeted us already at the door with an impatient air and not very politely. Even when ordering, he was reluctant to smile or provide directions on the dishes, as if he were doing us a favor by being there. The place could be warmer and more welcoming. We went to dinner. Very good food! Very friendly and very fast staff. We one hundred percent recommend eating at their place. Good value for money. Welcoming atmosphere, friendly and quick service. Menu with good proposals not only for pizzas.
