Bidra med feedbackMixed meat roast: chicken and sausage (i.e. pork) must always be cooked well, however after sending them back to complete cooking (they were raw inside) they only come back more burnt on the outside, with still pink meat inside. The carelessness with which the waiter collected our observations should be noted. Sliced with porcini mushrooms: frayed and not at all tender. All at the same medium/high prices as other restaurants tried in Tuscania where, however, raw materials, variety on the menu and table service are of a much higher level. On the occasion of the Navy celebrations we came with the whole group to this new management place! Excellent quality, portion and price ratio!! The owners Maria and Alessandro are welcoming, attentive, generous! Special attention for me as I have celiac disease, I felt pampered!!! They did too much!!! I wouldn't go back, the atmosphere and the service were pleasant, but the quality-price ratio of the menu is not good. I asked for the fish menu but it wasn't there, oh well, I spent 86 euros, 2 adults and a little girl, house wine, half a liter, without dessert, price as per the menu. Problem, to be clear, that the dishes served are those that my mother cooked on any weekday, for example the cut was 5/6 strips of meat placed next to each other... good but, for me, it's not worth it, as they say, the price of the ticket.....
