Convivial Tuscania

A lovely ambience, informed and attentive staff everything you could wish for. The tasting menu beautifully balance, each course was a treat. Highlights were the aperitivo and Andrea’s lamb creation which was spectacular. Chosen wines worked perfectly. As regular visitors to Tuscia we appreciated the detail and sourcing of local ingredients including juice of a local moss. Very inventive. Rarely enjoyed background music so much (oldies). Looking forward to a return.

Restaurant located inside the previous Boscolo cooking school. Very kind and knowledgeable staff and, no small feat, young people. Interesting dishes on offer, the only flaw is the lack of an à la carte menu, with the only possibility of being able to choose between two gastronomic menus. The execution of the dishes and the balance of flavors is excellent. Overall a different proposal for a pleasant evening. Service: Dine in

Fantastic new restaurant in Tuscania. A bit off the beaten track- they offer a choice between two different tasting menus. This is fine dining in a beautiful setting with an open kitchen. Every dish was of the highest quality. We shared a wine pairing between two people- 4 glasses of interesting and unusual wines. A lot of local ingredients and they are very proud of everything they source and use. One of us was a vegetarian and they had no problems accommodating this. Strongly recommend this on a visit to Tuscania. Easily one of the better dining experiences in town. Vegetarian options: Notify them when you book and they will accommodate you without problems.
