Visited the location above today 7/23 at 1230 ordered a #26 on gluten free bread. Sandwich was still frozen. I was refused a refund and was told they could not remake it because the bread would still frozen. Staff was rude and said they?ve already sold out of their thawed bread for the day that they only sell a loaf a day and today they?ve already sold 3. Staff did not make up the sandwich or give a refund. I visit lots of jersey mikes locations due to their celiac friendliness but this location was not accommodating.
Update: My review of this place has gone from 5 to 1 Star. Over the past couple of months the service has gone way, way down. Every order we have placed online has not been ready when we arrive AND we wait longer than if we had just ordered at the counter. The last order we waited 30 minutes past the time the app said it would be ready. We had already paid online so we waited. I do not see us going back to this location. We were ordering online at least 3 or 4 times a month. I see from the past several reviews we are not alone. This place makes a great sandwich. Everything is always so fresh. The app makes ordering very convenient. We can place an order with the app including payment and then we just stop by 10 15 minutes later and they hand us our sandwiches and we are back out the door in 30 seconds or less. This location is also easy to get in and out.
The workers were super rude and acted like they didn?t want to be there. When I asked for something specific she gave me attitude and said no. I ended up walking out and not placing an order at all because of how the workers were. I have hadpleasant experiences at other jersey mikes and will not be returning to this location. Very disappointed.
